Communication cannot be separated from sharing life together in community. Considerate communication includes active listening, thoughtful questions, and positive body language. Our commitment at Sowers is to always engage in a way that our tea members understand what we are communicating and are encouraged.

A team member who has a good work attitude will look for work to do and ask what to do when uncertain.
